*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/ RN Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality patient care and possess a diverse skill set to excel in various medical settings.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
*Qualifications*
- Valid RN/ LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care, senior care, occupational health, or primary care is preferred
- Experience in wound care
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
