Your Role:
As a FANUC Robot Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring our robotic systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operation and Monitoring:
- Operate and maintain the robotic system
- Initiate pre-programmed tasks and monitor the robot's performance during production.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, making adjustments as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Read and understand travelers and work instructions.
- Inspect and verify the quality of parts, identifying and eliminating causes for rejected parts.
- Safety and Communication:
- Follow all safety and work rules.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, maintaining a clean work area.
- Documentation:
- Accurately record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
- Keep detailed maintenance logs of robot operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Technical aptitude, mechanical inclination, and basic math skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and adherence to safety and work protocols.
