Job Description:

Fenstermaker has a full-time opportunity for an entry-level Survey Rodman. The Rodman will provide support to the Party Chief in the daily responsibilities of collecting data with designated equipment. The Rodman will be a champion and leader of our company's core values while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.

Some responsibilities include:

loading required project equipment into truck prior to traveling to the job site
holding level or prism pole at designated points to assist in determining elevations and laying out stakes
marking points of measurement with elevation, station number, or other identifying mark
assisting in measuring distances between points
placing stakes at designated points and driving them into the ground at the specified elevation
cutting and clearing brush and trees from line of survey
probing pipelines by pushing and pulling a probe rod

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Ability to travel - may require overnight stays to support project needs
Ability to work in the outside elements of the field
Valid driver's license
