Leasing Professional covering Northwest Arkansas
[Looking for a new team player to join CVP that is dedicated, hard working and has exceptional customer service. This consists of roving between Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville , between properties as needed marketing, conducting in-person and virtual touring, fielding walk-ins and phone calls, and leasing apartment homes.]
We are looking for a team player with positive hard working energy, with superb customer service experience and high closing ratio to perform lease-ups, plan resident events and help with marketing and social media platforms.
SUMMARY
- Stand, Smile, Greet, excelling excellent customer service for all guest entering
- Conduct opening and closing duties at the Apartment Community, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, stocking materials in offices, common areas and model units, as well as getting reporting, voicemails and emails caught up and ready for new work day in a prompt and professional manner.
- Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents.
- Marketing apartment homes, townhomes, lofts, flats, etc., increasing occupancy and net lease rates
- Phone calls, scheduling, emailing, file auditing and apartment showing
- Front Face Friendly customer service and strong positive attitude
- Conduct tours and apartment showings, leasing apartment homes.
- Answer phone calls, responding to email leads and updating social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.
- Participate in determining and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
- Ensure quality and quantity of make ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.
- Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.
- Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school graduate
At least two years of experience in relevant customer service
Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
Word, Excel and Outlook- Typing, social media, Email and PMS software
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Schedule: Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Hours could fluctuate and increase and/or decrease as needed during peak summer months (or as mandated by your Regional).
If occupancy is a concern, the office will be open on Saturdays. Please refer to your Regional Property Manager for specific requirements. This is on a rotation between the Property Manager and Leasing team.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages or being under the influence is prohibited.
Drug-Screening: Successfully pass a drug-screening test.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
