Job Description
Expanding home care agency is seeing Full-Time Russian Speaking Home Care Coordinator to join our expanding team! Ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Accepts new referrals and coordinate care for new clients.
· Communicates with ASAP’s Case Managers and field employees with any changes in clients’ status.
· Ensures direct care is provided to clients as schedule
· Verifies billing information with field employees’ actual hours worked.
· Performs clerical clerk tasks, such as answering phone calls, copy, filing, faxing and scanning
Qualifications and Skills
· Upbeat, positive attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
· Must be computer savvy and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize is extremely important
· Must have impeccable organizational skills
· Willing to grow with company
· Attention to detail a must.
· Excellent phone manner
· Fluent Russian
