We are currently ranked 6th in travel trailer sales in Iowa and are looking for a prep technician to ensure each RV is delivered properly.

Hours: 8-5 weekday with a rotation of Saturdays
Prep Technician ($41K to $55K+) Duties include: learn from RV certified technicians as you prep RVS of all types verifying operation, diagnosing, and repairing issues, orientation of customers, and installation of dealer options. RVTI Schooling provided to increase your knowledge and pay based on production and skill level. Once RV certified, proficient technicians will progress into Service Technicians after skill level and production levels are reached. A great career choice with continued training and certifications Master Certified Service Technicians could earn up to $85k+ within 5-10 years.

7. Full-time Service techs & Lot/building coordinator have T-shirt/jean allowance after 90 days. (up to $25/pair & 5 Shirts year every anniversary date. Fulltime retail supplied polos.
8. Continued training/departmental bonus in applicable positions
