Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service for our clients Primo Water services. This role requires a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. This will be a face-to-face sales environment with a base pay and uncapped commissions structure.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
