Property Soar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our real estate sales operations. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating administrative functions to help our team deliver seamless service to clients.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales activities, and client data.
Prepare contracts, brochures, and presentations for sales meetings.
Conduct market research and compile reports for the sales team.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
Support customer inquiries and provide high-quality service at all times.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or client service role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
