Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
- Execute cold calls, emails, and in-person outreach to build your pipeline
- Build strong relationships with prospective members, local schools, and sports organizations
- ️ Sell memberships, personal training packages, small group, and team training programs
- Support front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a welcoming facility environment Collaborate with coaches and team members to ensure a smooth and results-driven athlete experience
- 1+ years of experience in fitness sales or cold-calling
- Charismatic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
