Job Posting: Hemp Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Hey there! We're on the hunt for a customer obsessed, social media and sales associate to raise the vibe on in-store and online sales. This hybrid role will be responsible for sales of our premium hemp products and accessories by providing top-notch customer service at one of our 3 locations, Kirkwood hwy (DE), Booths Corner (PA) or Columbus (NJ), as well as creating / editing content to guide traffic to .
Sales Responsibilities: Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve set targets. Identify potential customers and emerging markets. Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships. Educate customers on our top-tier hemp products, tailoring recommendations to individual needs. Willingness to attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to design sales materials and campaigns. Prioritize stellar customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Fit Requirements: No formal education required; we value experience and passion over a diploma. Must be 21 or older, and adhere to all local, state, and company policies. Demonstrate success in consultative sales and growing brand awareness using social media. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Team player, but also able to work independently. Reliable way to commute to work on time.
Preferred Skills But Not Required: Deep knowledge of hemp and its benefits. Familiarity with current cannabis industry laws and safety regulations. Experience with in-person sales booths or pop-ups at conferences. Has their own equipment such as camera, mics and/or editing software to adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Effective communication skills and adeptness with technology. Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Adaptability to handle core job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
