Medical service company specializing in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IOM) services in a surgical setting, has an immediate position available for a Regional Sales Representative. We are a privately held company with over 30 years of IOM experience, providing critical, real-time information about the patient’s neurophysiological status during surgery to optimize outcomes and minimize risk.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using office software.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
- Negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and agreements.
- Proficiency in office software, including Word, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and industry developments.
