As a Sales Clerk at Dulce Mochi, you will be the face of our store, providing friendly and efficient service to customers. You will handle transactions, prepare and package food items, maintain a clean work environment, and ensure each customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders accurately and handle payment transactions (cash, credit, etc.)
- Prepare and serve donuts, coffee, and other menu items
- Restock shelves and displays as needed
- Keep the front counter, service area, and dining area clean and organized
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Must be able to multitask
