Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be responsible for driving revenue through effective lead generation and customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate products through engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
- Strong skills in lead generation and managing the sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies for effective outreach.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations that resonate with potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Background in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
