The Sales Consultant will provide high quality customer service to potential clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the drive to exceed sales goals. Incumbent will need to be self-motivated, organized, and resourceful.
Responsibilities
· Assist customers in finding a vehicle that best suits their needs by asking questions and active listening
· Follow up on phone and internet sales leads
· Build relationships with customers by approptiate communication and routine follow ups
· Manage all required paperwork, and record and prepare documentation (forms, reports, etc.) as needed
· Perform other similar duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma/GED required
· Valid driver license
· Previous car sales experience a plus
· Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
· Strong computer skills required
· 1+ years’ experience in retail sales preferred
