What You'll Do
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify and allocate inbound and outbound leads across North America
- Conduct daily outreach to meet prospecting activity goals (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)
- Research target accounts and align messaging with Conversica’s ABM strategy
- Understand and communicate the value of Conversica’s products to buyers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings and build qualified pipeline
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in Salesforce and other sales tools
- Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and share insights on messaging effectiveness and prospecting trends
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based activity and opportunity metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and persuasive style
- Self-motivated, curious, and resilient — able to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with changing priorities
- Experience with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
