As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, helping to grow our customer base through direct outreach, inbound lead conversion, and relationship-building. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door, cold calls, referrals, or online platforms.
- Respond to and follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Provide quotes and explain our services clearly to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both residential and commercial clients.
- Track and report sales activity using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face, on the phone, or over email.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn about window cleaning services and pricing structures.
