MassageLuXe/FaceLuXe Lancaster, PA is looking for front desk/sales associates!
Our Spa takes pride in promoting and selling our Membership Packages, as well as providing a great atmosphere for our members and guests. You will be working in a fun positive team environment and we are looking for friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic people who enjoy promoting the benefits of our spa services and creating high customer service levels.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have sales experience
- Be a fast learner
- Work with computers
- Have an outgoing personality
- Be self motivating and Exude a positive, "can do" attitude
- Enjoy working and communicating with the public
Principal duties for entry-level role include:
- Greeting and warmly welcoming our guests
- Providing excellent customer service
- Creating an excellent experience for all guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Helping maintain professionalism and cleanliness of spa
- Variety of clerical tasks
- Selling memberships and packages
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional personality
- Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
- Sales or customer service experience
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests, management and front desk staff
- Able to work flexible days and hours including nights and weekends
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
