Ready to be the face of FirstLight Home Care Alameda? As a Sales Rep at FirstLight Home Care Alameda, you’ll be responsible for selling our home care services to our prospective clients. You will be our first point of contact maintaining and growing the FirstLight Home Care brand.

Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM Zoho throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM.
- Educate prospects on our offerings from an expert perspective
- Allow your Manager to shadow calls and communications and give feedback
- Available most days Mon-Sun from 8 am-6pm local time to take calls (avg is 2-3 a day new leads, but rest of day can focus on cold leads from prior days)
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry
- Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to your Manager
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions from call to home visit and beyond
Results:
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by EOD
- A close rate of 60% of Inbound applications received per month is maintained
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
- Sales stats sheet is updated M-F by 7 pm PST
- There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly
- You remain well-versed in the latest service offerings through continued education/training
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
Requirements:
- Customer service and sales experience ideally in healthcare and in the Bay Area
- Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference
- 1+ years experience with business to consumer (B2C)
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leader
Location:
Alameda, CA with potential to work from home most days if results above are achieved within 60 days of hire
Compensation:
- $50 -65k Guaranteed Base Salary + Commission

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
