About the Role
We’re looking for a consultative, performance-minded Sales Representative who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, relationship building, and franchising. Your mission will be to grow RocketBarn’s footprint within franchise networks by enrolling new franchisees into our marketing programs, guiding them through onboarding conversations, and ensuring long-term marketing alignment.
You’ll act as the first strategic partner a franchisee meets, introducing them to RocketBarn’s value, tools, and tiered services. You’ll help uncover their needs, educate them on digital channels, and recommend smart starting points - all with the support of a dedicated FMA and delivery team behind you.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and enroll new franchisee clients within existing brand partnerships.
- Lead discovery conversations to assess local marketing needs, readiness, and budget alignment.
- Present tier-based solutions across SEO, Google Ads, Meta, LSAs, and more - tailored to franchisee goals and maturity.
- Serve as a strategic first point of contact: align expectations, frame RocketBarn’s delivery model, and ensure a smooth handoff to the FMA and Client Services teams.
- Build trust within franchise networks by positioning RocketBarn as a partner in long-term success.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast new enrollments using structured reporting practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure campaign readiness and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with platform trends (Google, Meta, SEO) and regularly attend internal training to maintain strategic fluency.
What You Bring
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account acquisition - ideally in digital marketing or franchise environments.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and SEO.
- Familiarity with the franchise business model and how local and national marketing interplay.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills - you ask smart questions, listen closely, and tailor recommendations.
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and pipeline discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
- A passion for helping franchisees succeed through education, strategy, and trust-building.
