OFFFIELD, a Los Angeles-based cannabis wellness brand focused on enhancing the daily lives of active individuals, is seeking Part-Time Sales Representatives to drive growth in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding regions. Reporting to the leadership team, this part-time role is ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated professional passionate about sport, fitness, cannabis, and community-building through retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand OFFFIELD’s presence with local retailers and specialty retail outlets across the Twin Cities area.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing product education on OFFFIELD’s hemp-infused offerings tailored for active lifestyles.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
- Represent OFFFIELD’s authenticity and movement-driven mission, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the cannabis, fitness, or broader CPG industry.
- Strong network and understanding of the Minneapolis-St. Paul and the Minnesota retail landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for storytelling and education.
- Self-starter who can work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Passion for fitness, cannabis culture, and preventive self-care is a plus.
