Overview
This position is a dynamic role, requiring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and apply new skills quickly. The Sales Support Associate provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales processes, timely customer service, and accurate documentation. This role plays a key part in organizing proposals, tracking orders, making travel arrangements, preparing marketing material, coordinating with service and logistics teams, and maintaining communication with tribal casino clients and vendors. Sales Support also supports the company by reviewing reports on current revenue in order to make recommendations to customers on which game themes to convert each month.
Duties
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, marketing materials, or other needs.
- Track assigned sales team members? activities.
- Handle all software conversions for assigned accounts, from tracking performance to submitting a proposal to each client once a month.
- Act as a liaison between the sales, service, compliance, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and contract execution.
- Track slot machine orders and deliveries, and follow up with clients and vendors as needed.
- Support preparation for tradeshows, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Handle inbound inquiries, route leads to appropriate sales reps, and maintain sales documentation.
- Pull reports and assist with pipeline and performance tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
- Assist the sales team with route planning and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to pass background check(s).
- Previous experience in gaming or casino industry a plus.
