Responsible for conducting corporate training sessions and workshops to ensure employees or participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your role will involve delivering both virtual and in-person training, facilitating interactive discussions, and evaluating participants' progress through assessments/missions/and observance. You should have a solid grasp of the training content and be able to adapt your teaching methods to various learning styles. You will also monitor and report the effectiveness of training of employees. This role must be able to master the operational processes, products and system applications taught in the program.

Facilitation of Learning

Facilitator EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
- Manages emotional classroom situations

- Encourages learner involvement
Program Management and Support
- Provides feedback to Program Manager to keep program up-to-date
- Meets deadlines for establishing and completing training workshops or programs
- Communicates effectively with business stakeholders regarding workshop/program guidelines, dates, materials
- Tracks and ensures timely program completion

MINIMUM Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or 4 years sufficient experience, to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Certification/License
- Valid state driver’s license in good standing
Experience
- Proven team leadership skills, with 2+ years of experience in training development and training delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Cemetery and Funeral industry knowledge not mandatory but preferred
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) not mandatory for role but preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of our core lines of business: Cemetery Operations, Funeral Home Operations, and Sales
- Willingness to effectively identify and coach correct behaviors
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Work CONDITIONS
Work Environment
- Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions
- Local and/or multiple location traveling required
- Comply with Corporate dress code policy, and when traveling Field dress code policy
Work Postures
- Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day
- Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently
Physical Demands
- Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage

- Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises
- Travel up to 10-20% of the month
