With rapid expansion across New England, we’re seeking a Sales & Training Manager to help lead and grow our high-performing Northern MA sales team.
What You’ll Do – Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance management
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and KPIs
- Interview and hire new sales talent
- Learn and execute our training system
- Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues and project logistics
- Conduct regular team meetings to drive accountability and share updates
- Ensure adherence to company policies, dress code, and performance expectations
- Handle administrative duties including PTO management, onboard/offboard, employee records, and office logistics
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in outside sales leadership or team management
- Experience in home improvement, construction, roofing, or similar industries preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, driven, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Proficiency in performance coaching and data-driven decision making

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
- Uncapped Commissions – Your earnings directly reflect your team's performance
- OTE: $130,000 - $150,000

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
