JD:
15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management.
Proven experience in customer management including expectation setting, risk management and Stakeholder Management.
Should be able to clearly articulate progress/status to customer and organization management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Excellent leadership and client communication skills.
Well versed with onshore offshore service delivery model.
Salesforce exposure is required.
Good to Have
Good understanding of Loan Origination System and Loan approval process for different types of loans ( Vehicle Loan etc.)
Knowledge of US lending business/ process is a plus.
