Midtown NYC Salon is looking for a FULL TIME receptionist to join the team !!
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Promoting excellence in customer service
- Handling high volume of phone calls; booking clients and managing schedules
- Learning/explaining multiple skincare products & lines to clients
- Handling monetary transactions at high volumes
- Upkeep of work space (cleaning)
-Assisting management and technicians with tasks and projects.
We are looking for:
- Someone who demonstrates high standards in customer service
- A self-motivated individual who works well independently (and with a team)
- Someone who presents a professional image
Requirements:
- Must be available Tuesday-Saturday
- 2 plus years of Salon experience is required
-Knowledge of Meevo software preferred
-Be willing to tackle multiple tasks as assigned by the manager
-Excellent communication skills
