The School Principal plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational environment of our institution. Duties
- Lead the development and implementation of the school’s academic programs and curricula to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Manage daily school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
- Foster a collaborative environment among teachers, staff, students, and parents to promote student success.
- Conduct regular evaluations of faculty performance and provide constructive feedback for professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal education regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities.
- Organize professional development workshops for staff to improve teaching practices and educational outcomes.
