Screen Printer’s Duties:
· Familiar with an automatic press, up to 14 colors
· Load and unload a press; must have experience setting up and breaking down a press,
· Analyze problems encountered in screen printing multicolored patterns onto garments, such as patterns out of register, colors off-shade, and mechanical malfunctions, and directs workers to correct problems, utilizing knowledge of screen-printing techniques: printing, production, planning, screen making, color mixing, and inspecting
· Ability and willingness to hold self and others accountable for meeting performance expectations
· Must be even tempered, team spirited and able to work with a variety of personalities in an efficient and effective manner
· Reliable, punctual- hours of operation 7am-3:30pm
· Able to keep track of inventory
· Employee must be able to lift objects approximately 50lbs overhead and above waist
· Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions; inside warehouse where temperature normally is 15 degrees greater/lesser than actual
· Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise level in a warehouse environment
