Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented team member to join our seasonal Christmas ornament kiosk. The main responsibility is personalizing ornaments using paint pens in a clean and legible font style. You will handle both in-store customer orders and online/mall orders.
All applicants must attend a penning demonstration and will go through a tryout period to assess skill level before the interview.

Key Responsibilities:
Personalize ornaments using an approved, legible handwriting style
Carefully listen to customer requests and ensure names and details are correct
Review and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
Take customer orders at the counter
Provide friendly and warm customer service
Assist with cleaning, stocking, and pricing when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Able to write neatly and consistently using a paint pen in an acceptable font
Strong attention to spelling, alignment, and proper name placement
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Basic math knowledge
Ability to operate an electronic cash register
Must be available to work mid-September through December 31st (including weekends and holidays)
Preference will be given to applicants with prior ornament personalization experience, especially those who have previously worked at Bronner’s

Additional Expectations:
This position requires the ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods. Staff must be comfortable working under pressure and able to handle long lines or customer wait times without becoming anxious or stressed. Rushing or losing focus may lead to mistakes in personalization, so patience and attention to detail are essential at all times.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (frequent lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs)
