Description
The Heat Seal Operator is responsible for operating heat-sealing equipment to apply emblems to garments. This role demands precision, accuracy, and consistent output in a fast-paced production environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum six months experience in production or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality awareness
- Good verbal communication and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive upper-body and arm movements, including bending, twisting, on pull/push cycles next to the machine
- Able to lift and safely carry items weighing 20 to 50?lb, occasionally, with proper technique or team lift as needed
- Capable of standing or walking continuously for an entire shift (11.5?hour extended or split shifts)
- Excellent attendance is essential; must adhere to schedule and punctuality expectations
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings or weekends as business needs require
