About the Role:
Mullets is seeking a reliable and confident Security / Door Host to join our team and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all guests. This is a front-line role perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying cool under pressure, and keeping things smooth at the door.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly at the entrance
- Check IDs and enforce age restrictions
- Maintain crowd control and monitor guest behavior
- Handle situations calmly and professionally
- Collaborate with management and staff to de-escalate incidents
- Uphold a positive, guest-first attitude throughout the shift
- Help with closing procedures and general security sweep
Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous in high-energy situations
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and manage entry flow
- Previous security or nightlife experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be dependable, observant, and team-oriented
