Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $17.50 per hour when actively on patient watch (unpaid while on standby).

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduled Standby:
- Specify a minimum of 32 standby hours/week (paid only when actively on watch).
- Standby periods can be broken into multiple segments or taken continuously.
- You are on call only during your self-chosen standby hours.
- Active Watch Shifts (8- or 12-Hour):
- Once deployed, conduct an 8- or 12-hour patient watch, day or night.
- Maintain vigilant, professional presence—de-escalate potential incidents using a primarily hands-off approach.
- Apply basic, approved restraint techniques only if absolutely necessary.
- Crisis Intervention & Reporting:
- Assist hospital security in identifying/predicting aggressive or self-harm behavior.
- Document observations, report concerns immediately, and accurately log incident details.
- Use our smartphone app to receive deployment notifications, check in, and record notes.
- Additional Assignments (Optional):
- Take on hospital security shifts in other units or special events (e.g., sports venues, concerts) for extra earnings.
- Priority access to assignments at venues like Mohegan Sun Arena, PPL Center, Pocono Raceway, and major concerts.
- Occasional travel opportunities for special event security.
