Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business AI Analyst with a strong understanding of AI’s business applications and the ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives. This role will partner with leaders across the organization to identify, scope, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and generate measurable ROI.
While you won’t be building AI models, you will be deeply involved in shaping AI initiatives, aligning them to business priorities, and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll act as the central connector between business stakeholders, AI engineers, and product owners — ensuring AI projects are well-defined, value-driven, and executed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Business Impact
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities that align with company goals.
- Develop compelling business cases with clear ROI and success metrics for AI projects.
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.
Requirements & Solution Design
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are scalable.
- Map end-to-end business processes, highlighting areas where AI can drive efficiency and value.
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain a clear and prioritized AI program backlog in Jira, ensuring readiness for development.
- Provide visibility into project progress, outcomes, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business units to ensure smooth delivery.
Change Enablement & Adoption
- Support testing and validation to ensure AI solutions deliver expected business outcomes.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and integration into daily workflows.
- Gather feedback post-implementation to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Strategic Project Management role within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience leading technology or AI-related initiatives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to real-world business value.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools) for backlog management and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Exposure to AI, or automation platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and API integrations.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, computer vision).
- Experience in self-storage, real estate, or retail technology environments.
