MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Principal Cyber Security Facilities Security Officer to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security posture and compliance integrity of our cyber operations. Your leadership will help shape and enforce security standards, procedures, and policies that align with both MANTECH and government requirements.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

·        You will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the program, ensuring ongoing updates and compliance.

·        Act as the primary point of contact for drafting and revising sub-DD254s and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

·        Lead the preparation of Facility Clearance (FCL) packages for subcontractors lacking clearance, in close collaboration with the Corporate CSFSO.

·        Deliver training on MANTECH and government security policies, practices, and manuals to staff.

·        Design and implement new security policies and processes aligned with current government standards and conduct investigations to mitigate potential threats and protect organizational assets.

·        Recommend and oversee outside security contractors such as contract guard forces as needed to bolster the security framework.

·        Provide technical support for troubleshooting activities requested by facility tenants and engineering staff, including installation and configuration of test systems that simulate customer environments.

·        Offer technical and management leadership on major projects, setting clear goals that align with mission objectives while applying expert knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and technologies.
 

Minimum Qualifications:
 

·        Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ additional years of cybersecurity experience in lieu of a degree

·        10+ years of cybersecurity experience

·        IAT Level II or Level III certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CCNA-Security)

·        Strong working knowledge of NISPOM and DISS for personnel, technical, and operations security activities

·        Demonstrated experience in drafting and implementing security policies that comply with federal guidelines and in conducting organizational investigations
 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

·        Experience supporting and conducting security functions for Collateral and SCI SCIF environments

·        Proficiency with security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, PTAs, PIAs, CMPs, CPs, and IRPs

·        Familiarity with government and industry security frameworks including NIST SP 800-53 rev4, SP 800-37 rev2, FIPS-199, DHS 4300A, NISPOM, and DISS

·        Background in engineering disciplines, tools, and methodologies relevant to secure systems design
 

Clearance Requirements:
 

·        Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
 

Physical Requirements:
 

·        The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

·        Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.

·        Communication may occur via email, phone, or virtual platforms and may involve delivering presentations.
