This is a remote position. Candidates can be based anywhere in: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas. Preference will be given to candidates located in Georgia or Colorado.
What you’ll be doing
- Reporting directly to our Country Operations Director, lead all aspects of multiple, large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content
- Manage cross-functional teams (internal and external) assigned to an event and ensure all deliverables meet our high creative and operational standards
- Be the main point of contact for our clients throughout project implementation—offering strategic guidance, calm leadership, and a can-do mindset
- Drive timelines, scopes, and budgets with precision
- Ensure premium attendee experiences and smooth on-site operations, even with high-level participants
- Mentor and coach your team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture
Must haves
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
- 10+ years of experience in project management for large-scale corporate or experiential events, with at least part of that experience gained in an event or experiential agency environment
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics, large teams, and multi-vendor environments
- Excellent client-facing skills, with a track record of handling senior-level stakeholders with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Strong budgeting management experience, from creation to reconciliation
- Creative problem-solver with a calm, solutions-first attitude, even under pressure
- Fluent in spoken and written English (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
- Eligible to work in the U.S. as we do not sponsor Visas
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the year
Nice to haves
- Strong digital skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, event tech platforms, and delegate management tools
- Fluency in other languages (in addition to English)
