Senior Service Desk Support – Huntsville, AL
The Senior Service Desk Support candidate will provide support to
end users on a variety of issues. The candidate will identify, research, and
resolve technical problems, and respond to telephone calls, emails, and
personnel requests for technical support. The successful candidate will document,
track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution, and ensure that
all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged,
tracked, and resolved appropriately. The Senior Service Desk Support candidate
will serve as the first point of contact or troubleshooting hardware/software
PC and printer problems.

Requirements
• Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility• At least eight (8+) years of Service Desk Support experience
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer issues
• Possess the ability to address a wide range of technical issues
• Experience identifying technical strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Robust decision-making skills
• Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
