**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Server Assistant/Busser to join our hospitality team. As a Server Assistant/Busser, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for food service, and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Duties include but are not limited it the following
- Setting up rooms for Lunch, Dinner and private events.
- Pouring water and bread/butter service when guests sit down for a meal.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing plates, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized food service area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Support catering events by delivering food and supplies to the designated areas.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the management team.
**Experience:**
Applicants should have experience working in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. A background in hospitality or customer service is also beneficial. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
