Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring every order meets our high standards.
- Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Handle guest concerns and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of serving experience, preferably in a high-end or fine dining setting.
- Knowledge of food and beverage, with a focus on premium products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- A professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess necessary certifications.
