Job Summary
We are seeking a waitress dedicated and enthusiastic to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. Who is willing to work from 6:00am to 2:00pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services particularly in breakfast and lunch dining settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages in an attentive manner while maintaining proper serving etiquette.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, coffee/ condiments area and utensils.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash or credit transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles, in the restaurant or food service industry.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
- Willing to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
