Summary of Position
Hammered Crab is looking for competent Restaurant Servers to take orders and deliver them to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. A Hammered Crab server will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate Hammered Crab development by providing customers with a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Servers must attend tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Promote dedication from customers
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge
- Food Handling experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with a team
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place.
