- Take full responsibility for the Guest experience and anticipate the Guest’s needs and
wants.
- Consistently maintain the Redstone image through proper uniform standards and
personal hygiene practices.
- Greet each Guest promptly and with genuine enthusiasm.
- Accurately take, enter and deliver the Guests order as they requested.
- Suggestively sell food and beverage offerings that would enhance the Guest’s
experience.
- Properly handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Hold a high level of integrity.
- Complete all assigned side work, opening and closing duties.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of all beverages that are served.
- Be the final quality check on food and drinks prior to arriving to the Guest.
- Educate and impress the Guest with knowledge of food, wine, alcohol and other
Redstone specific information.
- Table maintenance throughout the Guest’s experience.
- Serve alcohol responsibly by carding correctly and recognizing symptoms of
intoxication.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with all associates and Managers within
the restaurant.
- Appreciate the importance of the role each associate plays in creating an experience
for the Guest. Continually look for opportunities to support members of the team
who are taking care of the Guest.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and recognize when you may need help.
- Maintain an attitude that is positive and infectious while at work or speaking about
Redstone.

- Previous serving experience.
- Previous restaurant experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years serving experience in a restaurant that does an above
average volume.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
