We are looking for experienced servers to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, polished and punctual. Must be 18 + . As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. We are hiring for all shifts.
Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Answer any menu questions and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders using SHIFT4 POS System.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
- Process payments accurately while adhering to basic math skills for transactions.
- Completing side work upon the start and end of your shift
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with Shift4 or other POS Systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- RAMP Certification is a plus and will be required within 90 days of being hired.
