The Server is an integral part the team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Server you are responsible for a full range of duties in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
- Promptly responds to questions or concerns of residents, notifying immediate supervisor as required.
- Assist with meal prep, plating and service
- Cleaning and sanitation of kitchen
- Proper food storage
- Functions as an effective member of the team by completing assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
- Effectively collaborates with other team members to create and maintain an atmosphere that is warm and positive throughout the facility.
Job Requirements
- Experience in an Assisted facility is a plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards is preferred
