Job Summary:
Urban Lodge Taproom and Restaurant is seeking professional and personable Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering outstanding service, menu knowledge, and hospitality. You’ll be working in a fast-paced yet refined environment, ensuring guests enjoy an elevated dining experience by guiding guests through our craft beer and food offerings, and creating a warm, welcoming aty
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including in house craft beer pairings, wine selections, and specialty cocktails.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar through the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our beer selection, including styles, flavors, and pairings.

- Stay informed about daily specials, seasonal offerings, and brewery events.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions securely.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Work collaboratively with team members, assisting in side work and shift preparation.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktails
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about craft beer and food pairings.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
