Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all items are properly sanitized.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using basic math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong food handling skills with knowledge of sanitation practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in grocery stores or food preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
