You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring that customers receive top notch service throughout their visit. Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate food and drink orders with our Toast POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to requests.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including resetting tables for next guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service.
Qualifications
