Job Opportunity: Host/Server for Monday and Tuesday
We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly host/server to join our team for Monday and Tuesday shifts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat customers efficiently
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide outstanding customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all food safety guidelines are followed
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide prompt service
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and tips is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
