Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for bill processing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Assist in food preparation as needed and adhere to all food safety guidelines.
- Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service and responding to inquiries effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus.
- Culinary experience is advantageous but not required; however, knowledge of food handling and preparation is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables while maintaining high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill processing are necessary.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
