Job Summary:
As a Server at 30 Burgers & Brews, you'll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests are welcomed, informed, and well taken care of throughout their visit. If you’re someone who thrives in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu of burgers and brews
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Provide knowledgeable suggestions on menu items, beers, and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Uphold all health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for beer service, depending on local laws)
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
