Bob Brady is needing an energetic individual(s) to work in our service department.
Job duties:
Greeting customers on service lane when they arrive, talking to customers one on one to determine why the vehicle is at the dealership and ask questions to get more information to provide to technician to assist in diagnosing vehicle concern, confirming all contact information for customer is correct.
After vehicle is looked at, it is the service advisor's duty to call the customer and explain work needed to fix the problem or problems with the vehicle. Service advisor is also responsible for contacting extended warranties to verify coverage, and keeping in communication with parts about parts order status.
Handle incoming phone calls, set up(sell) service appointments and be able to produce strategic outgoing phone calls also follow-up calls for customer satisfaction, lost sales, appointment reminders and clients that did not show for appointments made.
Must be customer satisfaction orientated and goal orientated. Pay will be based on experience with bonus plans available.
Requirements:
Full time position 40 hours per week days shift
Must be available for Saturdays
Must be able to pass background check
Able to navigate Excel Spreadsheets
Able to be trained on Dealer and Customer Management Systems
Able to follow marketing strategies
Able to give and receive company emails.
Able to handle high volume of phone calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
