What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers & document vehicle concerns
- Communicate between customers & technicians
- Write accurate estimates & manage repair orders
- Keep jobs, documents, and records organized
- Help manage parts inventory & ordering
- Deliver excellent customer service every step of the way
